Blue Cube Turn Around

Rendered in Maya. Quick turn around of the cube.

Blue Cube Render

First render of what the Blue Cube could look like. It'll most likely go through a few iterations and concepts to nail down the exact look the cube needs for this game.

The cube is meant to stand out as something that was indeed man made, but harnesses a mysterious power that man cannot gain control of but ever so desires it.

1st Concept Art Image

This is part 1 of 2 concept images. This design helps illustrate a possible art direction for the environment to follow. The Blue Cube is still a work in progress. The goal is to go for a lush green and beautiful environment that is very inviting and peaceful. Green, yellow, and light blue colors were selected to help portray this emotion.

The camera is held above the ground so the player is able to view the path for the character to navigate and even see a scenic backdrop in the distance.

The cube is emitting blue light which is in fact directly connected with the blue light that is framing the image, this plays an integral role in the game. Details to come soon.
